How it works
From idea to shipped in four steps
Capture a thought, schedule a date, move it through the workflow, and let the calendar keep your channel on cadence.
Capture the idea
Drop a working title, a description, and a category. EnhanceTube stores it as a plan you can edit any time.
Set a target date
Pick the day you want it live. Add a duration, target audience, and the keywords you intend to rank for.
Track the status
Move every plan through planned, in progress, completed, and overdue. The badge updates the moment you change it.
Ship the video
Mark it completed and watch your stats roll forward. The next idea in the queue is already waiting on the calendar.

Why EnhanceTube
Sticky notes vs. a real calendar
A scratchpad in your notes app keeps a few ideas alive. Running a channel takes more than that.
Use cases
Built for the way creators plan
Whether you publish weekly or you run a multi episode series, the content calendar adapts to the rhythm of your channel.
Weekly publishing cadence
Lock a Tuesday and Friday upload schedule. Plan four weeks in advance and let the calendar surface anything that slips.
Multi episode series planning
Lay out an eight episode series across two months. See the arc on the calendar and adjust pacing before you start shooting.
Catch the overdue ideas
Every plan past its date flips to overdue automatically. Reschedule it, cancel it, or push it live, but never lose track again.
Plan around seasonal spikes
Stack tutorials, reviews, and themed content around the dates that matter to your audience. The grid keeps the strategy visual.
FAQs
Questions, answered
Everything to know before your first content plan goes on the calendar.
Is this a calendar or a project tracker?
Both. Every content plan has a target date, a status, a priority, and a category. Open the calendar view to see your month at a glance, or the list view to filter and sort like a project board.
How does the status workflow work?
Every plan starts as planned. Move it to in progress when you start shooting or editing, then to completed when the video is live. Anything past its target date that is not completed flips to overdue automatically.
Can I tag a plan with a category?
Yes. Pick from 16 categories including Tutorial, Review, Vlog, Gaming, Music, Comedy, Education, Lifestyle, Technology, Fitness, Cooking, Travel, Business, Entertainment, News, and General.
What metadata do I save per plan?
Title, description, category, scheduled date, estimated duration, priority, target audience, keywords, and free form notes. Every field is searchable and every field is editable.
Will my team see the same calendar?
Plans live at the channel level. Everyone on your channel sees the same calendar, the same list, and the same stats, so the planning view stays in sync without any extra setup.
Can I bulk import existing plans?
Right now plans are created one at a time through the create plan wizard. Bulk import from a spreadsheet is on the roadmap.
