Content Planning

The content planning workspace helps you map out your channel’s pipeline. Plan video ideas, schedule publish dates, and keep your team aligned with calendar and list views.

What it is

A unified workspace where you can:

  • Capture video ideas as content plans.
  • Schedule them on a calendar by intended publish date.
  • Track status across draft, ready, recorded, and published.
  • Review past plans in a list view.

Who should use it

  • Solo creators who want a single place to track ideas and publish dates.
  • Teams who collaborate on scripting, recording, and publishing.

How to use it

Open Content Planning

Go to Content Planning in the sidebar.

Switch views

Use the tabs at the top to switch between Calendar and List views.

Create a plan

Click New plan and fill in:

  • Title
  • Optional description / outline
  • Scheduled date
  • Status (draft, ready, recorded, published)

Update or move plans

Drag a card on the calendar to reschedule. Click any card to open details and update status, notes, or tags.

Tips

  • Use status to drive your weekly planning meetings.
  • Use tags to group related series (e.g. tutorials, vlogs, shorts).
  • The calendar respects your channel’s primary time zone for scheduled dates.

Troubleshooting

  • A plan is missing on the calendar — check the active filters in the calendar view; some statuses may be filtered out.
  • Changes did not save — ensure you have a stable connection. Edits are persisted to your workspace immediately.
