Troubleshooting

If something is not working as expected, the most common fixes are listed below. If you are still stuck, contact support.

Sign-in problems

  • Use Google Sign-In with the same Google account that owns the YouTube channel.
  • If sign-in loops, clear cookies for the EnhanceTube domain and try again.
  • Make sure pop-ups are not blocked for the auth window.

YouTube channel not connecting

  • Confirm you have Manager or Owner access on the YouTube channel.
  • Check that you granted the requested OAuth scopes during sign-in.
  • Disconnect and reconnect the channel from Settings → Channel.

A/B test not rotating

  • Active hours are in Pacific Time. Confirm rotations are within your active window.
  • Check that the channel is still connected and YouTube has not revoked permissions.

Analysis is stuck

  • Refresh the page after a minute. Long videos take longer.
  • If still stuck, retry the analysis from the video page.

Payment failures

  • Confirm your card supports international online payments.
  • Try a different payment method.
  • Contact support with the invoice ID if the issue persists.
